Any booking that is suspected to be for 7 or more persons will be refused check-in. You will be required to proactively find other suitable accommodation and be financially prepared to cover this cost. Our hostel is not equipped to offer self-isolation due to the shared living nature of hostel life. As per our refund policy, there are no refunds for Covid-19 reasons (with the exception of the government closing the border, which is unlikely). We urge all guests to ensure they have suitable travel insurance. Masks & Face coverings Face coverings indoors are not mandatory for accommodation providers. Due to the communal and social nature of hostels, wearing a mask indoors may be impractical.
