Situated on the second floor of a typical Florentine building, without lift, in a central area just a few steps from the station and the main attractions of the historic centre. The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and living area. The sleeping area consists of three large double bedrooms (with the possibility of division into single beds), two complete bathrooms with shower and laundry area. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
