This spacious and bright apartment is located in an elegant building in the heart of Florence.  It consists of: - a single bedroom - two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower) - two shared bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub  - kitchen equipped with appliances, accessories and utensils - bright living room area with sofas and dining table The living area has a suggestive frescoed ceiling. The uniqueness of this location is the exclusive private garden (with outdoor furniture) which is accessible from the bedrooms and the living room.  Ideal for spending a relaxing day in the sun and enjoying an outdoor lunch. This apartament can accomodate up to 5 guests, is suitable for couples who want privacy, but also for families and groups of friends. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged..
