Very central apartment, a few steps from Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, dining area and kitchen. It is located on the top floor of a typical Florentine building in Via della Condotta, a few meters from the main tourist attractions. The apartment is on two levels. On the first floor you will find: a single room, a bathroom with shower, a bright living area with sofa, dining table, television and well equipped kitchenette. On the second floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find the second double room with private bathroom. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.    .
