Small but well designed environment, exploited down to the smallest detail, it is a recently renovated apartment, finely furnished to measure with wooden furniture and equipped with every comfort. The raised position of the apartment allows you to admire the skyline over the rooftops of Florence. The area is characterized by the presence of historic crafts, trade and catering businesses. A few meters away you reach the central Via Tornabuoni, with its luxury shops and the Santa Trinita Bridge. Walking along the riverside, called "Lungarno", you can easily reach the Ponte Vecchio and the Santa Croce district. The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building without a lift and is equipped with a double bed 140x180, therefore it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
