This 3-bedroom apartment is spacious with a bright open plan living room and kitchen, ideal for professionals, students, or couples. It is decorated with bespoke furnishings and it is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and all the kitchenware ready to prepare your first meal. The 3-piece bathroom offers a large bathtub with over-head shower. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom offering more privacy to the residents. For reservations up to 6 months, all the bills are included in the price. For reservations longer than 6 months, all the bills are included except for the Council Tax. Please kindly note that we have several flats in the building, our apartments are very identically furnished but the layout and the floor might vary. *Allocation of property upon request of the guest subject to availability - We just provide 1 set of keys per each check-in. Upon making an reservation for this property a check in form will be sent where all your details can be added, such as time of your arrival. A proof of ID picture will be required to be uploaded to the form. Failing to provide a readable image of your ID or passport might affect your reservation and we will not be able to proceed further with your check-in.
