Intimate two-room apartment located in an elegant area on the ground floor, a few steps from the center. Easily reachable by car. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of: kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and all necessary utensils, living area with sofa and television, double bedroom on the mezzanine, two bathrooms with shower, washing machine and dryer available to guests. Air conditioning and wifi connection. Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  .
