The flat is situated down a flight of steps on the lower ground floor of a Victorian property with work spaces above. It has one king-size bedroom with storage and a second room currently set up as a study with a futon sofa bed that can be made up on request. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you would like it made up, and please note that extra charges may apply. The flat has been refurbished to a high standard and the interior designed with a great deal of flair and imagination resulting in a spectacular home. There is a large, light-filled open-plan kitchen/reception room with a skylight and full width bi-fold doors which open onto the private paved patio, perfect for al-fresco drinks. This stunning living area is completed by wooden flooring, a large L-shaped sofa and an eclectic mix of artwork. The kitchen is modern and sleek with Bosch appliances and all the amenities for self-catering. There is a dining table for up to four people and a separate utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is the additional benefit of two bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower with rainfall shower and hand-held attachment. Bathroom 2 has a bathtub incorporating a hand-held shower attachment. The Location The flat is situated in Primrose Hill, a conservation area located between Camden Town and Regent’s Park.
