How do I get my hotel booking voucher or confirmation?

• Trip1 sends your booking voucher and confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout, as soon as the crypto payment is verified.

What is a booking voucher?

A booking voucher is your proof of reservation. It's the document you show at the hotel front desk when you check in. Your Trip1 booking voucher includes your booking reference number, hotel name, address, and phone number, check-in and check-out dates, room type and number of guests, guest name, and cancellation policy details.

Where to find your voucher

In your email

Trip1 sends the confirmation email and voucher to the email address you entered during checkout. Check your inbox for an email from Trip1 with your booking details. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

In your Trip1 account

If you booked while logged into your Trip1 account, you can also find your booking details and voucher in your account dashboard.

Can't find your voucher?

If you can't find your booking confirmation or voucher, contact Trip1 support with your booking reference number or the email address you used at checkout. The team will resend your voucher to you.
