Surprisingly, when we did the renovation and interior design we could not have imagined that a bright, juicy colored kitchen would be one of the main factors in making a decision in favor of renting this particular apartment. Although, I'm being a little sly, I put as much of my soul and love into this house as I would have if I had been a guest here, so the payoff and feedback from our tourists is quite logical. Parque Royal is an apartment complex that I've been “married” to for a long time. The first apartment we renovated and took under our management back in 2011 was sold here, the first apartment we bought for renovation and rental in 2014 was here too. There were many sales in this complex after that, and each one was especially important and necessary! With each one we learned, grew, gained experience, and endlessly searched for the answer to the question: how can we make guests want to come back here? Immodestly, but I think we found the answer! 65 m2 of space, coziness and comfort. Comfortable mattress, a giant closet in the bedroom (girls will especially appreciate it, you can bring all your summer closet here; gentlemen, sorry, extra luggage is inevitable), a spacious bathroom with shower, the famous yellow kitchen with all the necessary utensils, living room with a sofa bed and a spacious terrace with a sun bed for relaxation. And also, the entrance to the pool is just 2 meters from the entrance to the apartment, which is very much convenient! The sandy Fañabe beach is just 250 m away, on exactly 5 minutes walking distance. Within 500 meters from the complex you will find everything you may need on vacation: Gran Sur mall, Mercadona hypermarket, cinema, pharmacy, banks, bus stop, several free surface parking, promenades, restaurants, bars and...
