Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, kitchen and bathroom. First floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Basement floor consists of a loft apartment with large living room with fireplace and bar counter, a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a private parking space in the community garage. This house is perfect for families with children, who can play safely in the complex since the exit to the outside is protected. There is a night watch inside the complex. The area of Calafell Playa can be accessed directly through the rear door of the complex, also protected by the lock. Distance to shops, restaurants and beach 300m. additional rules For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price. 1.
