The large rear terrace has plenty of room and comes complete with table and chairs and four (4) sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, wardrobes, window with shutters and a ceiling Fan. The bedroom is complete with a large en-suite bathroom. Air conditioned. (Air-conditioning is chargeable) Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamps, fitted wardrobe, patio doors with shutters leading to rear terrace with view of golf course. The second bathroom is a full bathroom. Please bare in mind Air-Conditioning is chargeable at this property. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven. The living area has 1 sofa and two comfort chairs, a coffee table, ceiling fan and a television with large patio doors leading to rear terrace. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4/5 people. The terrace has plenty of room and has a table and chairs and 4 sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy. The terrace also includes a BBQ and dinning set to enjoy our near perfect weather. There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more. A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more! Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants. Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
