Located next to the living area is a large, tiled terrace with 6 sunbeds, a nice lawn and a swimming pool (not heated). Complete with a barbecue area with a large chimney style BBQ and small table for outdoor dining. Very Private! The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. Open kitchen/dining area also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. Air conditioning is in the living area and kitchen dining areas. A utility area has a washing machine and door leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. En-suite Bathroom 1 is complete with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed and 1 double bed, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobe and a window with privacy shutters.
