These apartments are located in the pedestrian area of the pleasant coastal town of Malgrat de Mar. They are centrally located in the quiet business park. Guests will reach the centre and a range of restaurants in about 50 m, and bars and nightclubs in roughly 100 m. Both the beach and a railway station are some 300 m away. Girona Airport lies 35 km away, while it is approximately 82 km to Barcelona Airport.

12 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.
