Pefkos Sea Serenity Villas

Pefkos Sea Serenity Villas are 3 brand new stone built villas each with private swimming pool and BBQ. Each of them provides accommodation for up to 8 people and is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 kitchens and living areas. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living area with 2 sofas and a TV, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms provides a double bed, whereas the other one provides 2 single beds. On the first floor there is another kitchen and living area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. Fianlly, on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. All double beds are extra large (queen size).

In the kitchen there is an oven, 4 electric rings, a microwave, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer underneath. At the bathroom of the ground floor there is a clothes washing machine. At each living area there is a corner sofa with a TV.
On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace where there is a large table and chairs around it. Around the private swimming pool there are 8 sunbeds and 4 sun loungers. There is also private BBQ facility which you can use. On the first floor and the second floor there is a balcony with table and chairs. From the two balconies you can enjoy the magnificent sea view as well as the pool view.
A fence separates the private area of each villa which offers you privacy.
all rooms of the villa provide air-conditioning. There is also wi-fi.
There is a bus stop close to the villas. There are also tourist shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance (around 5 minutes walk).
