Meneou Mansion 7 is a fabulous property sitting on over 700 square meter
plot at the seaside of Meneou Larnaca. Meneou Seaside Mansion 7 is fully

speaking Channels. 325 square meter mansion can easily accommodate 10
people party, where the ground floor offers an ample living – dining room
area, with the pool table, large corner sofa TV area and a dining table for
8, as well as a separate kitchen with a second dining table. A double
bedroom with a shower is also allocated on the ground floor, offering easy
access to the people with limited mobility. The kitchen is fully equipped
with all the necessary for the self-catering property – fridge/freezer, hob
and oven, dishwasher and the necessary small appliances like kettle,
toaster, microwave coffee machine and all the cooking utensils available
for your use. A round staircase in the middle of the ground floor leads you
to the first floor with further 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has
it’s own en-suite bathroom with a large corner jacuzzi tub and a
wall-to-wall vanity with two sinks. The sliding door takes you out to the
balcony, that offers you a wonderful a view to the garden and pool area.
Another one of the bedrooms has its own en-suit bathroom with a bathtub,
where the remaining two are sharing the family bathroom in the hall. The
washing machine is neatly fitted in the cabinets next to the family
bathroom. Large sliding doors in the living area leads you out into
colossal, well-maintained garden with 5x10m swimming pool and sauna.
Overall Meneou Seaside Mansion is ideal for a family vacation or to share
between a group of friends. Larnaca airport is about 8 minutes' drive from
the villa and so is Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in
Larnaca and offers plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can
enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing
cocktails and great night life. The more central Finikoudes beach and
square is about 15 minutes' drive from the villa and there you can find
most international chains of restaurants and cafes. The beach in front of
the villa is a quiet beach visited mostly by local population and is
literally right in front of your doorstep. The Larnaka Region East meets
West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered
religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem
place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he
resurrected from the dead. The Mountainous Area of Lanaka (Larnaca), is
dotted with charming villages with welcoming locals. The listed village of
Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone
houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of
producing wonderful handicrafts such as filigree silverware and a
traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Legend has
it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth,
which he donated to Milan cathedral. Amongst archaeological sites worth
visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best-preserved sites of a prehistoric
settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean and has been
declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. The church of Angeloktisti, in the
village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the
Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between
two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic
