A few hundred meters from the Avinguda Diagonal, it is a luxury apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona. When looking at the neighborhood you see a lot of renovated but still classic buildings and this one is one of them. Also, around the apartment you will find good restaurants like Barra Alta or Restaurant Yifan Sushi, these are just suggestions of all the restaurants there are close by. When you enter the apartment, you will be amazed by the immediate open floor plan and natural light. Immediately to your right, you will find a fully renovated kitchen with high end features. Just past that are the two bedrooms on the left that flow into the living room.
