Bright and cosy studio apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, kettle, induction hob, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with toiletries, hair dryer, lift, wifi, and air conditioning. Access to the apartment takes place with a code sent only after completing the fast check-in (link in the confirmation email). A reception and luggage storage service are active from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. Inside THE B VILLAGE there is a small gym and a laundry available for guests. From the apartment you can reach Fiera Milano City in just 5 minutes by underground and the Rho Fiera exhibition complex in 10 minutes, without changing vehicles. Piazza Affari is just a 15-minute walk away, and a short 20-minute ride over one of the city's iconic and historic trams takes you to the famous Milanese Fashion District.  The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! Access to the apartment is by code issued only after completing the online Fast Check-in. The codes will be sent on the same day of check-in after 11:00 There is a Welcome Point at the property with luggage storage open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. We remind you that at the time of check-in you will have to pay the city tax of the Municipality of Milan equal to € 3.00 per day per person.
