[Entire apartment] This property was newly renovated on July 2019. - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 double beds. - up to 6 ppl can be accommodated. - A shower room - 2nd floor is all yours. - Free Car Parking - Smoking Area The property is right next to "Kenroku Garden" which is the most famous sightseeing place in Kanazawa city! It is about 5 mins by walking to the garden! There are some bus stations near the house which is so useful for touring around Kanazawa city.# House Rules - - House rule (If the problem occur as a result of house rule negligence, the security deposit will be deducted from your airbnb account.) No parties and loud noises in the apartment and neighborhood. Especially between 21:00 - 08:00 (people are sleeping!!) No smoking in the house. Please do NOT take out items in the apartment include towels, keys, WiFi device, and daily supplies. If you do, we have to charge you for the replacement. Check out time is 11:00am. Please be punctual. Cleaning for the next guests start promptly after your check out. Please treat the room just like your home. Please leave the garbage inside of the room. You cannot throw them outside. I will take care of them after you check out. Your guests can only stay in the building until 20:00. The people staying the property after 20:00 are considered as guests and will be charged additional accommodation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
