For details, please check the guidance that we send you. Reservation of check-in time is first come, first served, so if there is no availability at your desired time, please reserve another time or contact us. You can check-in from 16: 00-22: 00 Please notify the schedule one week before your stay. In addition, we will contact you if we do not have your notify. If you don’t do this, we could charge you 3000 yen because our cleaners have to wash and separate again. In this case, we would send you the pictures of garbage. Please don’t worry about this. ★About Pests★ We try to get rid of the pests like spiders or cockroach at least once a month.
