The Space:
The apartment measures about 50m² and it's located at the 6rd floor of the building. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa (that can sleep one person), a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The front balcony, is accessed through the living and offers a nice urban view of Athens’ center. There you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax in the afternoon, enjoying the sunset with a cocktail.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in an ideal base in order to explore the Historic center of Athens.
In a 15 minutes walking distance you can visit the ruins of the official cemetery of the city, the "Demosion Sema", where Pericles delivered his funeral oration - the "Epitaphios logos" - in memory of the deceased Athenians in the first year of the Peloponnesian War (431 BC). The finds from the excavations of Kerameikos are exhibited in the Museum of Kerameikos and the National Archaeological Museum. The most important monuments of the site are:
• The Pompeion. A spacious building with a peristyle courtyard, used for the preparation of festival processions.
• The grave circle with the funerary stelae, among them the renowned stele of Hegeso (410 BC) and the marble bull in the plot of Dionysios of Kollytos (345 - 338 B.C.).
• Also it’s close to Gkazi. A neighborhood that offers a wide selection of nightlife, satisfying all preferences and tastes. Numerous bars, restaurants, music and art by the old city gas-works which has been turned into a unique museum-cultural center, aim to offer guests a different experience in town and here nightlife really takes off.
