Any additional guest or visitor that stays after 11pm will be charged £50 per head per night. Absolutely NO parties or ‘happy get-togethers’ of any kind, and NO NOISE AFTER 11:00 pm!! This is due to the house being situated in a quiet, exclusive residential development. Visitors to our guests are NOT permitted to stay after 11:00pm and if they do, they will be deemed as extra guests and be charged the £50 per head referred to in the rule above. If any bedding or towel is badly soiled (i.e. makeup or vomit), we will have to wait until after the laundry to decide on the amount chargeable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
