This luxury converted warehouse loft is situated in the heart of Soho, exuding a swanky ambience with its gorgeous open plan layout and boujie décor. Located between two of Soho’s most iconic streets, Dean St and Wardour St, this apartment is a quiet haven away from the bustling streets of London. A favourite for Hollywood A-listers, the apartment has featured in Ok, Hello, Daily Mail, Now, BBC, Sky, and a myriad of shoots for world-famous fashion brands.
The Space:
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, a home-office, cloakroom and lift, providing functionality as well as style. Decorated by an award-winning interior designer and home to perks such as air conditioning in the master room and underfloor heating, whatever the weather, this is the place for you.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed, luxury shag pile carpet, snake skin chair and 6 mirror double wardrobes. The master en suite features a large bathtub, his-and-hers wash basins and a large steam/shower. Tucked away to the other wing of the loft, you'll find the two other spacious bedrooms, also featuring kingsize and double beds, comfy carpets and amble wardrobe space.
The large, open-plan kitchen/dining room comes fully equipped with all amenties, with stylish dish and cookware and many added luxuries such as the Sub-zero fridge, Gaggenau appliances, wine cooler, and steam oven. In the living room you will find a gigantic cinema-style U shape sofa, with the two bladed cooling fans above you to keep you comfortable whilst you’re watching the 75” Smart TV. Alternatively, you can stay safe from the London weather, switch on the cosy underfloor heating and relax whilst watching Netflix.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the apartment.
The building has a 24 hour concierge and there is a lift taking you up to apartment on the second floor.
Interaction with Guests:
Once your booking has been confirmed we will arrange a check-in time at the property with a member of staff, who will give you the keys and show you around the property, explain how the internet, heating etc. works as well as give you any recommendations you may need.
We will be on hand during your stay to make your stay more enjoyable however we will also give you privacy.
The Neighborhood:
Soho is filled with incredible entertainment, from restaurants to bars, galleries and Jazz clubs, you’ll never be bored. Soho has been home to a myriad of famous faces, including Karl Marx, Mozart and the Sex Pistols, and it’s no wonder when you see the eclectic nature of the place. Visit Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club for some drinks and entertainment, or head over to The French House for a history lesson on Charles De Gaulle. For those who love eating out, exploration, and an energetic nightlife, then look no further than stimulating Soho.

Soho Lofts is filled with affluent residents that have lived in the block for decades. Unreasonable noise will NOT be tolerated.
If you are looking for somewhere to party or stay up all night this is NOT suitable for you. STRICTLY no parties, social gatherings or trouble makers - you will be evicted immediately.

House Rules:
*IMPORTANT MESSAGE*
Parties are PROHIBITED at this loft apartment, including but not limited to: Loud music, screaming, bringing people back from clubs, birthdays, hens/stags, weddings, team-bonding activities, or anything similar. No decorating (banners, hangings, bluetac on walls, glitter, poppers...etc)
Soho Lofts is a residential block with long term residents, families and children. The building manager lives below our apartment and is quick to inform us of any suspicious activity on CCTV.
Unfortunately one of our last guests (despite promising us) had a large gathering, was extremely noisy and upset all the Loft neighbours - our private security firm was called, then the police and our guests were evicted from the loft at 1am.
The last thing we want is your Soho trip ruined and our neighbours upset again - so we are making this clear to all future guests so you can organise the right accommodation for your best stay in London.
Of-course the upside to all this is you will defiantly not be disturbed and have your Soho night ruined by unreasonable noise and behaviour by Loft neighbours.
Any damage (soiling, burns, stains..etc) to linen/carpets/towels will be covered by the guest.
