The Space: This modern studio is on a secure upper floor. It contains one queen size bed & side tables, a sofa & console table, TV, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave & kettle, iron & ironing board and full bathroom with bath. It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and windows that open for fresh air & a lively city view, including the bright lights of the Capitol Theatre by night. This apartment is reached via lift only accessible to guests with security access to this floor. There are no stairs inside the apartment. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens. Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in.
