It contains one king size bed & side tables, a sofa & console table, coffee table, TV, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle, iron & ironing board and full bathroom with bath. It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and a small balcony offering fresh air & an urban outlook over Haymarket & Chinatown. This apartment is reached via lift only accessible to guests with security access to this floor. There are no stairs inside the apartment. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens. Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
