It contains two queen size beds & side tables, a sofa & console table, TV, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle, iron & ironing board and full bathroom with bath. It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and a small balcony offering fresh air & a lively city outlook, including the bright lights of the Capitol Theatre by night. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens. Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in.
