It contains two queen size beds with side tables, two lounge chairs, a small dining table/desk, a coffee table, TV, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven, toaster & kettle, iron & ironing board and full bathroom with bath. It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and large windows offering natural light, fresh air & a lively city outlook, including views over Sydney’s historic Chinatown and Paddy’s Market building. This apartment is reached via lift only accessible to guests with security access to this floor. There are no stairs inside the apartment. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens. Guest Access: Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Interaction with Guests: We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed.
